Epson BX525WD Phantom Paper Jam

Good afternoon, today my printer crashed. After a restart it says there is a paper jam. I cleaned the hole printer, also the little grey tape for the head position. I fixed this problem 2 months earlyer but my work around doenst work anymore. Maybe you have some ideas?
