Epson C62 solid lights

Hello

i'm hoping someone can advise me

i have a old epson c62 printer that has stopped working, the green power light and the ink/paper jam red light are solid in color(not flashing), i have checked the percentage on the counter which is on 53% so it doesn't need a counter reset, i'm hoping someone can suggest a solution
