I ordered printer cartridges from the Epson Store, 10 days later I still don't have them! Tracking says they started in Indianapolis, IN and from there headed out west to Washington State. My order is now on it's way back and is in Montana. My order was 10 days ago and I desperately need these cartridges by tomorrow. I have checked everywhere within 50 miles and nobody stocks these refills.I called Epson and they refused to help, saying the order is on it's way. Not soon enough for my needs as I have a show on Sat and need that printer to finish my product! Pretty damn shitty attitude for a company like Epson. In the future another brand will be considered. I know I'm just one chump, they don't care. They should go into politics!!
