Epson Colorworks TM-C3500 NO print

Hi All,

This is my first post.
I have an Epson Colorworks TM-C3500 printer since 8 months or so.
Until now I have been printing well, but after printing a few hundred labels, in 3~4 labels are no more print any colors just lines with black.
I'm attaching a photo with CMYK test.
Printer not show any error, ink level and maintenance is ok.

Tried nozzle check and print head cleaning but with no luck.

I would be very grateful for any advice or recommendations

Hello, I'm going through the same thing, did you manage to solve it? Please add it here

You need to physically clean the printhead on it to restore printing performance to what it was.
