Epson Connect E-Mail Address

I have to create an email address to access my Epson Connect. Am I suppose to use my regular
email program or create a new one .

Epson Connect uses unique email address assigned to your printer,
This system does not utilize your normal email address or email program.
Your printer will be assigned an address I.E.:
(e-mail address removed) (or whatever you choose)
You must establish a "User Name" when registering with Epson Connect
I used "(e-mail address removed)" - my normal email address
You must provide password when registering with Epson Connect

Once registration is completed satisfactorily, You can send documents, photos, etc.
addressed to (e-mail address removed). You will send them via your normal email service
The next time your printer is powered on, those files will print out on your printer
