1. Check for Error Messages:
Look for any error messages or lights on the printer's control panel. Error messages can provide valuable information about the issue.

2. Check Ink Levels:
Make sure that the ink levels in your printer are sufficient. Low ink levels can affect print quality. Check the printer's control panel or use the Epson Printer Software on your computer to monitor ink levels.

3. Clean Printheads:
If the print quality is poor or if you're experiencing streaks or missing colors, use the printer's built-in maintenance functions to clean the printheads. Refer to your printer's user manual for instructions on how to perform printhead cleaning.

4. Use Genuine Epson Ink Cartridges:
Ensure that you are using genuine Epson ink cartridges. Non-genuine or third-party cartridges may cause printing issues.

5. Check Paper and Print Settings:
Verify that you are using the correct type and size of paper. Adjust the print settings on your computer to match the paper type and quality you are using.

6. Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers:
Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. Visit the Epson support website to download and install the latest drivers.

7. Perform Firmware Update:
Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Firmware updates can address performance and compatibility issues.

Regards,
Peter
