I have an EPSON ET-3750
-Firmware is up to date
-Can connect to wi-fi, and can validate that device is live on my network
-Cannot access Epson Direct Connect
-Printer is not visible to computers and mobile devices, hence unavailable for printing
-Have tried cold boot, factory setting reset
Any ideas on what I can do?
