Epson ET-3760 magenta ink not working

Hello, I have an Epson ET-3760 that the magenta ink is not filling the cartridge with ink from the ecotank. It was working and then all of a sudden the magenta stopped working. The other colors are working fine, just the magenta ink isn't working. All the tanks have a lot of ink in them so I don't think that would be the issue. I have done several head cleanings and power cleanings, but it has changed nothing. I also used a printer cleaning kit on the print head and nothing changed. How does the ink get from the ecotanks to the ink cartridges? Could it be a suction issue? Thanks
