Epson ET 4700 not printing colour

Hi all. I have an Epson ET 4700 ecotank printer that is not printing colour at all. I’ve done a print head check a number of times and it shows no lines for the colours at all I then do a nozzle cleaning a number of times but still not printing colours. How do I fix this problem?
