Hello,
A few months back I bought a Epson ET-8550 printer. I've only been able to print two test sheets of paper on it before I start getting the 000025 error. It claims there is some paper jammed in there, but there isn't... What actually is happening is that when I turn it on the printer sounds like it's about to snap all bands and spring any minute, you can hear things being stretched to full tension while the printer head attempts to go to the right... It can however, and then just slams back to the left of the printbay and there it stays while I get the error code... The gears are all alligned, and the firmware is up to date... Any experiences with this? I would like to try out as much as possible since shipping it back could potentially mean the printer gets even more broken...
