Epson ET2650 Inkpad reset

Hi All,

My Epson EcoTank ET2650 is showing an E11 "ink pad needs service". I have removed and cleaned the ink pads, however, I need to reset the printer. Any ideas how this can be done (I'm using a Mac) ? Many thanks

Used to have similar problem with my Epson EcoTank ET2650 but this error message disappeared when I cleaned the ink pads. However, I used PC (Windows) so I am not why does your problem occured and how to be solved on MAC OS.
