Please help!!
There is some reason why I just cannot get the INK LEVELS INFORMATION with this printer. I've tried all the suggestions given by various people but nothing allows me to get the info. I have seen somewhere that there is a part of the printer technology where there is a CHECKBOX which needs to be Unchecked (tick removed) and this will allow me to get those ink levels in the normal way.
To date all I receive is the message about no information available (as attached file).
I can't remember where I've seen the information about the checkbox but I do know it exists.
I'd so much appreciate any answers.
