epson l120 printer head

Hello. I am new here, i try to fix my epson l120 printer and i figure out that the problem was the printer head. i have an old printer head but it was a dye ink before. can i use dye ink printer head to pigment printer?

As long as the printhead is for that model, it should work.

I tried it but the problem is it has no printout and anything. I tried to ink flushing ang nossle check and everything but nothing will work
