Hey
I've bought an Epson L1800 printer one month ago - it's been really great until I tried to print a photo sizen 10x15 cm today.
No matter what I do, there is a thin white line in the bottom of the printet picture (4 mm thick).
I've printed from Photoshop CC 2019 and from the regular windows printing program.
I've changed the image size in photoshop to 10x15, which didn't work and after that to 10x15,5.
I've selected 'print to border', 'scale to fit media' and 'print selected area'
I've updated the driver, turned off the printer and computer.
I've tried to print another photo.
No matter what - I'm still having a white line in the bottom of the printed photo.
My computer is a Lenovo, windows 10.
I really hope that someone can help since I'm running out of ideas what to try.
Thanks
Krista
