Ok, plug-in USB cable - Turn-on Printer
Navigate as follows:
Control Panel -> Devices & Printers
You should see green icon for your printer L365
That means your PC sees your printer and it is default printer.
Be sure your printer not in sleep mode
Turn Off Printer
Disconnect power cord to Printer for ten minutes
Restore Power - Turn On Printer
Do you see any change?
Now you indicate printer not used for one month.
That makes me think you may have ink clogging or clogged print head.
Do you use
Epson brand OEM Ink?? (This very important)
See if you can do Nozzle Check (See your Printer Manual)
See if you can do head cleaning (see your Printer manual)
Check with nozzle check after
each head cleaning
