Epson L5290 Printing problem

So i have got this printer circa 3 months ago, and at one point it has started to print with lines, so I did the cleaning program on it. Ever since, I have had to do multiple cleanings in a row. None had perfect results, ranging from a black line on the yellow grid and thicker/smudged lines on the cyan and magenta grids. The latest nozzle check i did was today and it came out with two black lines on the cyan grid and a missing spot, and 2 thicker lines on the magenta and black ink. Should I send it back in the warranty repairs?

I forgot to specify that at one point anything I would print would get stuck halfway, requiring me to cancel the print and turn off the printer. After the last cleaning program, it printed normally, but im afraid it might start acting up again
