EPSON L550 scanner error during first initializing!

i received scanner error see your documentation in first power on!
i turn it off and on again but during initializing scanner error sill appeared with power and ADF LED blinking
Please help me

Check scanner cable connection. If problem persists, replace scanner unit.

check encoder disk or encoder strip. swipe tissue. if they have dust .
