Epson P20000 with a persistent 1532 error

Hi everyone - got an Epson p20000 which threw this error after nothing in particular. Had printed some canvas, changed paper and ran a head alignment just to get rid of a small banding issue and when I loaded the canvas back up it put up the error and will not restart. Epson guy was out for a whole day replacing all electrical parts and it didn‘t clear the error. Wondering if anyone has any thoughts, insight or experience with this kind of thing. Any feedback at all much appreciated
