Have Epson P900. After mistakenly feeding art paper (approx 0.5mm thick, 6x9 inches) through rear feeder, and extracting resultant jam (upward both ways via printhead passage gap), now find front paper feed tray does not pull out. Any assistance greatly appreciated, (Have decade of experience in past life in office machine repair).
