Epson printer 4530 Wi-Fi light is off

My Epson 4530 printer is not displaying the WI-FI light.It is off. It normally displays a solid light with no flashing.

How do I get it to turn on?

When i go into the menus and say disable Wi-Fi, it replies Wi-Fi is already disabled.

How do I enable it?

That seems to work only when the printer port is configured as RAW not LPR. It give an error and my port for the printer is LPR not RAW. It seems from the video that you gave me the links to hta it must be RAW, not LPR.

When I click ok to configure PORT as RAW it works on it for awhile, then gives the error message that you see in the last post.

How to configure printer port as RAW?
