Epson Printer Not Connecting to Mac or iOS Devices

I recently replaced an Epson Artisan 730 printer with an Epson ET-4850 printer. Whenever the printer sits idle for a period of time, it will not connect to my Mac Studio nor my iPhone 13 unless I power cycle the printer off & on. I verified that I have a stable wifi connection. Any suggestions that you might have would be most appreciated. Thank you
