Hi everyone.
So I've had my Epson 3710 for a few months now, and it has been great. However, I've recently encountered a problem. It says I have two epson printers connected to my laptop! It's a little hard to explain so I will attach a few photos.
I've come across a problem where for a while, I was trying to print to the Network version of the printer, and it would say "This printer is in an error state" and not allow me to print anything. Just today, I discovered that I was sending my documents to the wrong printer. When I print something to the "EPSON492466" printer, it works perfectly. But this makes me question, what does the "ET-3710(Network)" mean, and is it an issue that it is constantly in an error state? What is its purpose? Any replies would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
