We have an Epson WF-3640 series printer. I have replaced all the ink cartridges and cleaned the heads as the Epson
instructions suggested. I have email support and they were no help. Today I updated the firmware and the drivers. Attached is
a copy of the test page I printed after the updates. I have run out of things to try. This is bad enough that often the bad lines are unreadable. We have only had this printer about a year, but we will get a new one if this can't be fixed.
