Hi, I have a brand new R280 that when I power on the printhead which is on the far right of the printer makes a couple sounds like it is trying to move but is stuck. The power light then goes off and the ink & out of paper lights both flash orange together. I have taken the cover off and inspected and best I can see around the printhead but can see no obvious obstruction. Also, paper feeds fine so that doesn't seem to be the problem either. Any thoughts or ideas on what the culprit may be, this is a new printer and the inks of course have never been installed. Thanks.
Epson R280 ink & paper lights are flashing orange, printhead seems to be stuck on right side.
