Dear all, i have a new epson DWF 3825 and i've subscribed to Epson ready print flex (free for 6 months). The firmware is updated and the printer connected to the net, but the number of printed pages and the level of inks do not update on the server, so i do not receive any new cartridge when needed. Any idea to solve? if it doesn't connect to the server, this service is completely unuseful... i've checked for hour for an email contact to be assisted, but in vain.
