Epson SC-7000 Violet Ink 700ml

I bought Violet ink for my Epson SC7000 but it wasn’t set up for Violet so can’t use this. Unfortunately I opened the plastic bag it came in so the company cant accept it back. They suggested eBay but it’s not even had a view. It was £167 and I advertised it for £75. It’s in date til end 2023. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
