So it turns out that if you had bought a pro printer over the last few years with the EFI Fiery software your screwed. I have talked with both companies. and they are no longer working together. They are offering no support for the product, and no options. Anyone else have any issues with this, other than me. I found out after updating my operating system. The RIP software is not compatible. Very frustrating as I have close 2 years of printing files yet cannot run the software.
