Epson Stylus 1400 printer ink cartridge

I installed new Epson inks in my 1400 printer. I get an error message that I need to replace my [new] T07963 (Magenta) printer ink cartridge that I just installed. It's new! How do I get the printer or cartridge to reset so I can print? It's the only cartridge that has an error message.

Go for the latest firmware update of Epson Stylus Photo 1400, for more you can have a look on below u rl

you can troubleshoot all the problem at home :)
