Epson Stylus 4000. Channels 6 and 7 won't print. Heads cleaned manually, good stream.

Have a used stylus 4000. Sat around for a year. a couple of power flushes got 6 of the channels printing. However channels 6 and 7 print nothing, completely blank. Took apart and did manual flush with Head cleaner. All channels show good streams. When I reassembled however both channels print nothing.
Sounds like another problem to , but I haven't a clue what would cause that except maybe a blockage in the system somewhere between the ink cartridge and the print heads.

Any ideas?
