The printer has sat doing nothing for a long time and when I tried to use it, it would try to print and push the paper out but it would be blank. I thought maybe the inks gone dry so replaced all the inks, and it started printing the in colour but not the black parts, so I thought maybe the black ink has gone dry from sitting and got a brand new cartridge, still no better. I've tried the new cartridge in both slots, would it be worth trying two new cartridges or will something else be the problem?
