Hello.
Here is the description of my problem.
I have not used a priter for a year. I had to replace the ink cartridges.
When I've replaced them, the red light for low ink did not turned off. The printer have not done any refill process like in the past.
At the EPSON Status Monitor I get the message "Ink cartidges cannot be recognized."

I get this message with new or old ink cartidges.
Then I've inserted back the old ones and removed the cyan color.
Now the printer has registered them and displays the ink level correctly.
If I insert the cyan back, I get the same message as I mentioned above (Ink cartidges cannot be recognized).

The catridges are all genuine, from EPSON.
