Won't print anything in color. Checked cartridges, did the 'cleaning thing', still no color printing. I think it stopped when I installed MSWord for Macs. Can this new software be the cause?

No color

Have you looked in the printer startup when you start to print? There is a little row of options. One is Black only. Check each window when you start to print. Some have high speed, black only, preview, print to file etc. Make sure the black only is not checked.
