I hope someone can give me some advice...
I have a Copytrax Davinici Pro printer that is basically a modified Epson SP1400 that now only prints to DVD/CD and has a CISS installed.
I recently had to have the printhead replaced and since then the printer prints extremely blurry prints when highspeed is checked. I've changed the head again (same issue), I've changed what I guess is the timing wheel as I thought the old one was damaged (same issue), I've tried changing the tension on the paper feed roller (same issue), I've done the standard head alignment a few times with no improvement. Unfortunately the local Epson service department isn't willing to help me at all as it's a modified printer.
Does anyone know of another way of doing a manual head alignment or have any other ideas to resolve the issue.
Any help would be great!
