Epson Stylus photo 2100 printing B&W

Hi all. I have tried to print black & white on my Epson stylus photo 2100 on glossy paper but it cane out with a pink dominant colour. I read there are some software dedicated just for printing b&w on the Epson 2100. Do you know something about it? Thanks guys.

Under what lighting conditions are you viewing the image? Should be under daylight D50, easiest way is to purchase a D50-compliant bulb. Also, try to view in a room with neutral colors, use a neutral background (black, gray) behind the image. Editing should be done using a calibrated monitor but you can get back to that after you've correctly evaluated the image.
