Epson Stylus Pro 11880 print options stuck in Portuguese

I have the Epson Stylus Pro 11880. When I click to adjust print options, the options are in Portuguese. I need them in English. I have looked up how to change the language setting but that option does not exist on my menu. There is no language drop down menu. Any ideas?
