Greetings,
I have an Epson Stylus Pro 3800 Professional Edition large format inkjet printer. I think I've somehow managed to brick the firmware. I can upload new firmware, but the printer is supposed to reboot itself to complete this process, and it does not do that step (among other strange symptoms). I have an NVRAM utility so that I can upload a healthy image to the printer's NVRAM which should hopefully correct any settings misconfigurations that are causing the current issues, but I need an NVRAM image from a healthy 3800. I was hoping someone here might be able to help me out?
Thanks,
Tim
