Epson Stylus SX445W error message

Hi I replaced the cartridges in my Epson Stylus SX445W and the printer did not recognise any of them ,I did a hard reset and now the printer is displaying "printer error please swich off and on again" Tried many times and the message just continues to pop up. Can anybody help please.
