Hi , I am having a problem with my wifes MAC. She has updated some stuff and now the printer only prints garbage. The Mac thinks the printer is an sx440 when you get it to search for attached printers. I think the printer firmware has been screwed up somehow. I have tried ( via the Epson website ) to download and apply the firmware but it still thinks it is an sx440. I have tried to contact Epson but their support contact page doesn't work. Does anyone have any ideas please. I suppose what I need is a copy of the original firmware to try but don't seem to be able to find a copy. Regards Pete
