I have a problem installing an Epson T10. It is compatible for both XP and Vista.
On 1 laptop I installed it successfully using Vista without any problem.
On another laptop using XP it will not install. One prompt appears saying :'printer successfully installed'. Another appears saying: 'printer cannot be installed. At the end of installation using the disc, another prompt appears saying' the printer name is invalid'.
On checking the control panel printers and faxes it does not appear.
Any advice would be welcome before I go 'nuts!'
