We just purchased an surecolor p20000 and when we print on a roll the sheet size after cutting is an inch or greater in lenght and the page size. So a 18 x 24 image on a 24 inch roll will end up being 19 x 24. We have a P8000 and have had several other espon printers over the years and we've never had this issue.
I manually created a custom paper size and set the roll margins to 3mm and the page came out the correct length.
The "normal" margins that come with the predefined papers seems to be 25mm or greater. Is this something specific to this printer?
Do I need to create custom paper setting with the 3mm margins for all papers we use? Are there any issues with reducing the margins to 3mm for all papers?
