Have any of you had such experience?
I have owned this large format Epson inject printer for one month beyond 12 month warranty and have given it very modest use in that time for photo printing. During operation it stopped and gave an error message not in documentation. I contacted Epson support and they had no information on the error code. They reminded me it was out of warranty, made no exception and gave me a list of approved service companies. I drove 100 miles for the closest service. The service provider had no knowledge of the error code but found a broken roller. When ordering the part, Epson gave the service company a 3 month delivery expectation. Wondering if others have experienced this lack of reliability, undocumented errors and incredibly long wait for parts.
