Epson surecolor P600 Not Printing correctly

Hey all,

I've been attempting to print a color image and for some reason the dark black areas are not printing correctly (the colors looks great). I've included two images, what the photo should look like, and what is actually being printed. It happens to every different color photo that I attempt to print. It almost looks inverted.

I've changed all black ink carts., cleaned printing heads, test pattern print out looks great. Changed color management to bypass Epson printer and use photoshop. I thought maybe photoshop was doing something so I exported as a jpeg and printed from windows picture viewer and I am still getting the same results.

I was hoping someone has seen this issue before and it is an easy fix.

My co worker was the one who noticed it. He was printing a bunch of stuff out with no problem and one day it just stopped printing correctly.

Any help or advise would be much appreciated.
