Epson SureColor P600 won't print blank pages from PDF in Acrobat

Hello, I am printing a book that intentionally includes blank pages. However, when I print out the document, it skips the blank pages. I am on a macbook pro 2015. There is nothing in my printer settings to change this (when I go to System Preferences) and I don't see any options in Acrobat either. I can't find any guidance online except for things I already tried. Any ideas?
