Epson SX415 Anomolies

I recently installed an old Epson SX415 printer on a Windows 10 Pro computer.

The printer works in all respects with good quality.

However there are a few anomalies.
1. In Devices and Printers this Printer icon is greyed out and the usual default printer green tick is missing.
2. According to Devices and Printers the status of this printer is "Not Connected" yet it obviously is.

By right clicking on the icon I can go all through all the menus and make changes as usual.

Any comments on these anomalies these ?

See no printer driver for Windows 10. Compatible through Windows Vista and thats it.
Be glad it still prints for you. Regards
