Our company purchased a few network version of the above receipt printers and we can not get them to print the full area of the 80mm paper. They were shipped with the plastic 58mm adapter installed but we do not use that paper. All were assigned IP addresses, setup with the 80mm paper, however the area being printed on appears to be set for 58MM and nothing we have tried can get the resulting print to fill the width of the paper. No user, administrator or technical reference manual has given any help in resolving this. We have looked at trying different dip switch settings, new driver installed on server by our system administrator, nothing works. At this point, I am wondering if there is some factory setting that can not be changed and if we want to print full width on 80mm paper we have to specifically order the printers to be 80mm to start with. Please help
