We have a problem at one of our Food and Beverage locations with printing to our bar printer.
All printer are Epsons TM88III printer with USB
We share the Epson printer on our bar computer out (pos1)so that anytime drink orders are added the print directly to the bar. The printer is shared through windows print sharing and is connected directly by USB 2 cable.
About 2 or 3 times a day we get a drink order sent from anyone of the other 4 POS's that creates a printout that is in a very large long large font not only is it almost impossible to read but it is a huge waste of paper.
It seems like the driver is always trying to update and while its doing this and a print comes through this is "possibly where the error in the print occurs"
If anyone has seen this issue we would appreciate any help that anyone can provide. The problem is almost impossible to regularly recreate and there is no specific rhyme or reason to anything. The ChangeID in the registries are not the same either and our understanding is that is to be constent between all systems. I know there are detail Ihave left out but I could go on for hours of the things we have tried to do.
Thanks for any advice at all!!
