Epson TX510FN won't print?

Hello All,
I just purchased brand new genuine Epson ink cartridge's (73N) for my trusty Epson TX510FN printer, but then when I go to print, there's no response? It still photocopies & scans perfectly! Anyone with any ideas?? Thanking you all in advance!!
