Epson WF 1100 paper feed roller none responsive

My Epson Workforce 1100 paper feed roller is not coming on to full the paper down.
Getting the INK and paper LED lighs when powering on, also carriage acts like if
it wants to move out to initiate printing process but nothing happens other then
getting the two orange Led to come on and at which point the power lights goes off,.
I have turned off the printer, unplugged power, did that a few times still nothing,, also
used the ink-pad resetter and that was still ok. Problem started after replacing ink
cartridge.. Not sure how to fix this problem,,, I need help

Interesting,,, over 90 views but no advise.. even Epson can't seams to help,, hmm.
