Epson WF-2010W does not print black on normal paper

My Epson WF-2010W suddenly stopped printing black. The other colors works but no black while printing on normal papper setting. There is still ink. If I change the paper setting to glossy the printer will print black but seems to deliver more ink than usual for normal paper. A little blurry. Pulled the cord. Reinstalled the drivers. Tried printing from other user on the mac. Changed ink....
Any one with an idea on how to solve this?

The agent thought that it was stop for black ink even if it was possible to print black with glossy papper. With glossy papper you print as a photo and all the colors are mixed to give black - hens the text was shown even without the black ink. He suggested upp to 6 rounds of cleaning the nozzles and already after two more rounds the printer works normally again!
