Epson WF-2750 error message OxF1??

On the little read-out screen on the printer is this error message: "Printer Error OxF1. Turn printer off and on again. For further details see your documentation at epson.com." Turning the printer off and on makes no difference. None of the documentation for this printer on the Epson website lists any specific error messages (and this one does not turn up in any searches). BTW I have downloaded all of the current drivers, etc., and did "off/on" afterwards as well. The 'print sample page' in the install sequence runs into the same error. Any ideas for me?
